Our demonstrations
In our demonstrations, our science communicators will guide you as you discover the science behind the topics we cover, letting you experience first-hand the scientific principles they talk about through live experiments.
Demonstrations are slightly more lecture-style activities than workshops. They last 60 minutes, during which the science communicator shows the audience, about 30 people, a range of live experiments on a common theme, actively involving the participants.
If you have any questions or special requirements, don’t hesitate to contact us!

How to control a human body
Sixty minutes to spark curiosity, investigate our brain and understand how it communicates with the rest of the body. Challenges and live experiments presented directly by a doctor.

Heart, stomach and lungs
The circulatory, respiratory and digestive systems presented through experiments and anecdotes. Together we’ll learn more about organs that are vital to our lives, such as the heart, the lungs and the stomach. Without forgetting the prevention of diseases and problems caused by bad habits, tackled through experiments that show why it matters.

Economics
Money and banknotes, but also trade, bartering and strategy: this is the world of economics. Let’s step into it with this activity, which will get us thinking about how to make strategic choices for our own business.

Top secret
The content of this workshop is secret. Only experts in maths and cryptography can access it and decipher all the necessary information. If you’re interested, book it!

Hollywood science
Cinema and science: a different approach to talking about physics, with experiments and quotes from the biggest action films Hollywood has produced over the last 20 years.

Wheels and cogs
All the physics behind wheels and cogs. From roller skates to skateboards, right up to the new motorised vehicles controlled by gyroscopes.

Earthquakes and structures
Motion, waves and earthquakes! From geography to physics, in a workshop focused entirely on the movements of the Earth’s crust and their effects.

Foodology
What are the characteristics of the food we eat? And what is its function? Lots of experiments and hands-on tests will make this area of biology more concrete and easier to understand.

Light painting
Light painting means drawing with light! A micro-world of creativity for bringing striking images and illusions to life using a camera, a light source and a bit of practice.

The genius of Galileo
Scientific storytelling about the discoveries of one of the greatest scientists in history: Galileo Galilei. Narration and live experiments will guide us on this journey through fluid dynamics, inertia, gravity and much more.

The planets and the solar system
How much do we know about the other planets in the universe? Does it really rain diamonds on some of them? Let’s leave our atmosphere to discover the wonders of the solar system we live in.
