The foundations of the P.A.N.D.O.R.A. project

  We are communicating something to someone, and if the relationship is not satisfactory, for example because there is no trust between the parties, any message, however well crafted, risks being ignored.

  To be effective it is very important to plan your communication. There are four main aspects to take into account:

  A classic mistake is to focus straight away and only on the message. For example, if the audience is not homogeneous, it is a good idea to devise different communications better suited to the various types of audience. Since our container stands in public squares, it holds videos designed for different types of audience and messages.

  Good communication is not based solely on the exchange of a message. The other key factor to consider is the quality of the relationship between the parties.
